All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping
Shipping rates, available destinations and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather and customs processing.
5. Returns and Refunds
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery where the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
